Each participant will leave the workshop with an individual report + access to ongoing online resources for six months.

The consultation will include a personalized assessment of your cultural preference profile, which can be mapped with cultural norms around the world. During the session, we will address your unique experiences and strategize based on your goals.
Open Enrollment Workshops
Enroll in our interactive open enrollment workshops, which focus on developing an understanding as culture as a concept, individual cultural awareness, and skills for navigating difference. Our open enrollment workshops are open to everyone, so you’ll have the opportunity to interact with people from a variety of different backgrounds & organizations, and learn from your facilitators, as well as your peers.

Janka Pieper
Janka has spent half her life in Germany and the other half in the United States, giving her a unique bicultural perspective. An expert in intercultural communication and global marketing, she has traveled extensively in roles focused on international education, relations, and trade.
Jennifer Gerrard
With over twenty years of experience in the field of international education, Jennifer is a seasoned expert in understanding and adapting to cultural differences. Jennifer has lived in the United States, Egypt, and the United Arab Emirates, and has traveled to over 20 countries.
